chips 004 – The King Of Vocab

AKA I'm bragging again

Since I was a lazy scamp didn't had the time to do anything for today's C.H.I.P.S., let it be the thing that made me excited for the past few weeks: my drawings have been chosen to be featured in Talk To Me In Korean's
My Weekly Korean Vocabulary – Book2 as well!

I won't say more, check them out here!

napiraiz #134 – Talk To Me In Jászkürtian

You might know that I'm studying Korean with an excellent free website, Talk To Me In Korean. They have a lot of useful stuff for people interested in Korean language or even just the culture. Besides audiolessons and pdfs they have fun videos, like the Korean Drama Phrases series.

I found though that these phrases are typical not only for K-dramas, but our office as well. So I did some illustrations making it easier for me to remember.

I'll go to your company, so that we could have some lunch together.

Big in Korea

Many of you know that for a while I'm studying Korean with the help of a brilliant site called Talk To Me In Korean. They had a project lately in which listeners could submit illustrations to their upcoming vocabulary book.

This must be enough for you to guess what this post is gonna be about… Ladies and gents, my illustrations in a book that is sold everywhere around the world.

No I didn't draw the owl, that's just the cover of the book.

I feel like months of listening to Talk To Me In Korean's audio lessons are finally paying off. Being all day in an office where everyone near me is sick is paying off too. As you might know I depend on the office scanner (so much for creative freedom), so today you only get this lame photography. But hey! At least you learn some Korean as well!
